This policy explains what information Image to SVG ("we," "us") collects when you use this site, and how it's used. We built this tool to be as privacy-friendly as possible by default: we don't require an account, and we don't keep your images.
When you upload an image to convert, it's processed on our server and the resulting files are sent back to your browser. We do not store, view, back up, or use your images for any other purpose, and we do not share them with any third party.
The uploaded image, and the free PNG preview generated from it, are automatically and permanently deleted from our server immediately after your request completes. If you choose to purchase the SVG and/or DXF files, those generated files are held temporarily on our server (up to 30 minutes) so they can be verified against your payment and downloaded — after that, whether or not they were purchased, they're automatically and permanently deleted.
Like most web services, our server processes your IP address as part of handling your request, including to apply rate limiting that prevents abuse of the service. We do not maintain a persistent log or profile tied to your IP address beyond what's needed for that short-lived rate limiting window.
If you're the site owner using the admin bypass feature, a key is stored in your browser's local storage to skip the rate limiter. This is a functional feature for site administration only — it is not used for tracking or analytics, and no such storage is used for regular visitors.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this site.
This site is hosted on Render (render.com), which, as our infrastructure provider, processes requests (including IP addresses) as a normal part of serving the site.
Purchasing an SVG/DXF download is processed entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's own checkout page and are never seen, transmitted to, or stored by our servers. We only receive confirmation from Stripe that a specific purchase was paid for, which we use to unlock that download.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
