Terms of Use

Last updated: July 10, 2026

By using Image to SVG ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service is an automated tool that converts an image you upload into a vector outline (SVG/DXF) or a processed preview image. It works the same way for any image submitted to it — we don't review, moderate, or curate what's uploaded, similar to how a photocopier or a file-format converter doesn't review what's fed into it.

You're responsible for what you upload

You are solely responsible for any image you upload and for anything you do with the output. By using the Service, you confirm that you own the rights to the image you upload, or that you have the legal right and any necessary permission or license to upload it, convert it, and use the resulting file — including if you intend to sell, distribute, or manufacture physical or digital products from it.

We do not condone copyright or trademark infringement

We do not authorize, condone, or take responsibility for using this Service to reproduce, convert, sell, or otherwise exploit copyrighted or trademarked material without the proper rights or license from the rights holder. This includes, without limitation, using the Service to create outputs based on copyrighted characters, artwork, logos, or other protected material for resale or commercial use without authorization. Doing so is done entirely at your own risk and is not something we endorse, encourage, or support in any way.

Purchases

SVG and DXF downloads are available for a one-time fee, shown before you pay. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Because these are instantly-delivered digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If something goes wrong with your purchase (e.g. a technical error preventing download), contact us and we'll look into it.

No warranty, provided "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the output will be error-free or suitable for any specific use (including manufacturing, engraving, or resale).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to claims brought by third parties related to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights in content you uploaded or distributed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these terms.

Reporting misuse or infringement

As explained in our Privacy Policy, we don't retain uploaded images or generated files beyond what's needed to deliver a purchase (at most 30 minutes) — there's generally nothing for us to take down after the fact. If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, you can still contact us and we'll look into it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
